A fleet of massive hot air balloons soaring and coloring our skies as laser beams put on a show. That’s what awaits you at the upcoming Miami Hot Air Balloon Festival, which will take our February plans to new heights – literally!
This family-friendly show is coming to Tamiami Park as part of Balloon Shows USA. It will take place the last week of the month and you can watch in awe as the balloons light up with laser lights and music.
In addition to the show, the festival will feature food vendors, craft and retail booths, kites, a live DJ and performances. The little ones will be very entertained as there will be a Kids Zone with games and rides.
You’ll even have the chance to ride in a hot air balloon yourself, because what kind of balloon party would it be without that option? Tickets to ride in the balloon and enjoy the stunning bird’s-eye views are available separately from general admission to the festival.
The main attraction, the laser and balloon show, will officially begin at 9 p.m., when the audience joins in unison for the countdown. With lively music and a synchronized display of hot air balloons and lasers, you’ll be treated to a sparkling spectacle that can’t be missed. Don’t forget to bring blankets, chairs, and umbrellas to get in the perfect spot.
