How was it founded and what is its philosophy?
D’eau Wellness was born as a natural evolution of a long professional journey in the field of health and aesthetics. After many years working with patients and clients, I understood that true well-being is not achieved solely with a specific treatment, but through an integrative approach that connects body, mind, and emotions. Thus, in 2018, after rebranding Gerove—our first center founded in 2012—we gave birth to D’eau Wellness: a space that fuses ancestral techniques with the latest technology, always with a holistic approach.
Our philosophy is based on improving the quality of life of each person who chooses us, offering them a space for disconnection, deep care, and transformation. At D’eau, we don’t treat symptoms, but people.

Creating a replicable model was a wonderful challenge. We started from what already worked at our center: an exclusive technique, personalized care, and an experience protocol that made a difference.
We documented every process, from staff training to the ambiance of the space and customer service. We established quality standards and developed manuals so that each franchise could offer the same experience, without losing the human and professional essence that characterizes us.
The goal was always for each new location to function as a faithful extension of D’eau, maintaining our DNA in every detail.
Why did you consider franchising D’eau Wellness? What opportunities do you see?
Franchising D’eau was a strategic but also an emotional decision. There came a time when many people wanted to replicate what we were doing, and I understood there was an opportunity for expansion, but also a way to empower other professionals through a solid and purposeful business.
Aesthetics with a holistic approach is growing tremendously. Today, people seek to feel good from the inside out. And that’s what we offer. We see a great opportunity in cities where there are no centers with this holistic vision and such effective results. We want to be there, transforming lives.
