Marc Anthony auctions off his apartment in Miami, but no one wants to buy it

The renowned singer Marc Anthony put one of his luxurious apartments in Florida up for sale. Located in the renowned One Thousand Museum skyscraper, the property has a great panoramic view of Miami. As revealed by Raúl de Molina from El Gordo y la Flaca, a program that airs on Univision, the property has a value of 11.4 million dollars, a low price in the real estate market in the area. However, no one buys it.

The artist obtained the property in 2023 with the aim of living there with his wife, the model Nadia Ferreira, and his baby. Earlier this year, he advertised the apartment for offers. “He sells it, gentlemen, for a reasonable price. In the city of Miami Beach, apartments and buildings of this size are being sold for around 30, 35 and even 40 million dollars. “This is a bargain,” said the journalist on his program.

The building was built in 2019 and its designer was the Iraqi architect, Zaha Hadid. The woman died in the middle of the project and she was not able to see it completed. Its exclusive shape, without a doubt, draws the attention of those who observe it and is located in an easily accessible strategic point in Miami.

“It looks like a skeleton on the outside, it gives the impression that it is covered by armor and it is truly unique,” Molina commented. “I have had the joy of visiting this building from top to bottom and I have seen several of the apartments and they are impressive,” she added. With 216 meters high and 62 floors, from the top of the building you can have a privileged view of Miami.

Currently, the reasons why the singer does not receive offers for his property are not known. “I hope that Marc Anthony sells it and the city of Miami becomes one of the most sought-after cities in the US for real estate,” the journalist concluded. In addition to the family of the two-time Grammy Award winner, David and Victoria Beckham also live in this luxurious building.

The One Thousand Museum in Miami is easily recognizable even by those who do not know about architecture. Its faceted and glazed façade contrasts with the solidity of the structure of the rest of the building and in addition to giving it an “exotic” touch, it makes it resistant to the usual hurricanes in the area. It is a luxury residential skyscraper containing approximately eighty-four large apartments.

This building has many services and amenities. On the roof there is a helipad and a high-rise bar with signature cocktails. There is a pool covered by a curved metal roof that reflects the water and another on the ground floor that is outdoors. In addition, the building has a spa and relaxation salon, a hair salon with beauty services and a special area for neighbors to sunbathe.
