Paulina Rubio Sells Her Iconic Miami Residence, ‘Ananda’

Singer Paulina Rubio recently sold her luxurious oceanfront mansion in Miami Beach for $16.8 million, according to county property records and local real estate reports.

The property, located in Miami Beach’s exclusive Venetian Islands, changed hands at the end of December 2025 through an off-market transaction with a Delaware-registered entity as the buyer.

This sale marks a significant chapter in the financial life of the artist, who has faced alleged economic and legal difficulties in recent months.

Although some media outlets suggested that Rubio might have been evicted from one of her Miami residences due to alleged rent arrears, sources close to the singer have denied that she was evicted from any of her properties and clarified that she has no outstanding mortgage or eviction debts in Miami-Dade County.

The mansion that was sold was not a recent purchase; Paulina and her family acquired the land in 1996 and built this imposing house overlooking the bay, a location that has been associated for decades with her career and presence in Florida.

To date, Paulina Rubio has not issued an official statement regarding the sale of the mansion.
