The 29th edition of the Americas Food and Beverage Show 2025 will transform the Miami Beach Convention Center into a global trade center from September 10-12, bringing together international delegations, leading companies, and an innovative agenda.
The Americas Food and Beverage Show 2025, hosted by the World Trade Center Miami, solidifies its reputation as the Western Hemisphere’s premier B2B platform for the food and beverage industry.
Eighteen international pavilions will showcase products and business opportunities from around the world. This year, Spain will be the Country of Honor, along with national delegations from South Korea, Turkey, Japan, Brazil, and others. More than 800 exhibitors from more than 20 countries will showcase thousands of products aimed at buyers interested in expanding their reach.
At the heart of the show floor, the Center Stage will feature chef demonstrations, culinary showcases, and live presentations. Renowned chefs and culinary personalities will share their expertise, providing creative ideas and practical applications for businesses of all sizes.
The interactive program seeks to inspire product innovation while connecting suppliers with the trends influencing global menus.
The Beverage Stage at the Americas Food and Beverage Show 2025 will highlight innovation in mixology, hydration beverages, and specialty offerings. From craft cocktails to wellness-focused drinks, this space will offer tastings, demonstrations, and discussions with leading experts.
In addition, the program will explore technologies that are transforming the beverage industry and provide valuable insights for retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators.
Conference Program: Knowledge for Growth
The Conference Program will offer strategies and market intelligence for navigating international trade. Experts will address issues of compliance with FDA and CBP regulations, tariffs, enforcement measures, sustainability, and innovation.
Attorney Deborah Stern of Sandler Travis & Rosenberg underscored the relevance of the program by highlighting the importance of understanding tariffs and enforcement measures in the current climate.
Jennifer Díaz, president of Díaz Trade Law, stated that her session will provide importers with “everything they need to know about CBP and FDA compliance when importing food into the United States.”
These sessions seek to equip attendees with the knowledge necessary to expand and protect their presence in the U.S. market.
With more than 800 exhibitors and thousands of industry professionals, the Americas Food and Beverage Show 2025 offers unique networking and business opportunities. Attendees will have full access for three days to the show floor, international pavilions, culinary demonstrations, beverage programming, and conferences.
