The actor Sean “Diddy” Combs offered one of his mansions in Miami to achieve his freedom, after being arrested in New York in relation to alleged crimes of sexual abuse, sexual trafficking and organized crime, but the judge rejected the offer.
The famous artist, 54 years old, had several interactions with the law throughout his career, but these are the most serious accusations. The accusation indicates that, since 2009, the magnate assaulted women on several occasions, “hitting them, punching them, dragging them, throwing objects at them and kicking them.” Many of the assaults were allegedly committed in one of his mansions in Star Island, Miami.
The house offered by “P. Diddy” has history. It was acquired from none other than the famous Emilio and Gloria Estefan, who are not related to the legal problems of the rapper and music producer.
The house the Estefans sold to Diddy is in Star Island, the same neighborhood where the actor has owned another mansion since 2003, with secret rooms dedicated to sex, where – according to authorities – sex toys, bondage equipment, lingerie and hidden cameras were included to record everything that happened in those rooms.
Diddy paid the Estefans $35 million for the property. The agreement was signed on July 23, 2021, which became a great deal for the couple, since when they bought the property in 1993, it cost them only $1.8 million.
The Estefans used the house primarily for Emilio’s mother before she died in 2017, and then as a $30,000-per-month rental. They put it up for sale since 2005. Currently, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team offered that mansion to achieve his freedom, but the judge rejected it.
The house located on Star Island, which is an artificial island, has large windows overlooking Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. It has 740 square meters and very close is the house that Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez bought for $32.5 before separating in early 2021.
According to the real estate portal Top Ten Real Estate Deals, the property has an impressive main house with a traditional, white structure. It has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a hall, a living room, a main room, a dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, and other amenities.
The kitchen is quite spacious, with white cabinets and high-end appliances, with a central island that works for preparing food and with space for a dining table.
Outside, its lot of more than 5,000 square meters has extensive gardens with palm trees, a guest house with three bedrooms and a bathroom, a pool with its respective spa area, and a jacuzzi. There is also a tennis court, fountains, access to the sea, with its own dock, among other amenities.
