David and Victoria Beckham sold their luxury apartment in Miami, USA. The couple had purchased the property in 2020, when Inter Miami CF—the team where the former British footballer serves as president and co-owner—began competing in the MLS.
At the time, the couple reportedly paid US$19.8 million. However, about five years later, they managed to sell it for US$5.2 million more, reaching a sale price of US$25 million.
The penthouse is located in the One Thousand Museum tower, designed by architect Zaha Hadid, and spans 800 square meters, featuring five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a powder room.
Hadid’s building is one of the most luxurious in the city. It opened in 2019, three years after the passing of its architect—the first woman to win the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize, the field’s highest honor and informally known as the “Nobel Prize of architecture.”
It boasts amenities such as a sky lounge, a helipad, and an aquatic center, in addition to an unbeatable location in the city center, surrounded by parks.
Singer Marc Anthony, a close friend of the Beckhams, also lived in the building; he bought an apartment there in 2021 for US$11 million. However, his investment was not as successful. In October 2025, he sold the home for US$8 million—US$3 million less than he had originally paid.
In October 2024, David Beckham purchased a luxury mansion in Florida, USA. According to the website The Real Deal, the English businessman spent US$70 million to acquire the 1,370-square-meter property.
Built in 2018, the mansion is located on North Bay Road, an exclusive Miami area that has been home to various celebrities, including Matt Damon and Jennifer Lopez. In addition, the property features nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a gym, a spa, a home theater, a swimming pool, and a chef’s kitchen.
