Palm Beach, Florida, is one of the richest cities in the United States. According to the Palm Beach Post, at least 58 billionaires and dozens of billionaires have ties to the city. Among them is President Donald Trump.
Therefore, Palm Beach is also one of the best markets for luxury cars in the country, and Aston Martin knows this all too well. That’s why the British company has unveiled a special new DB12 Volante by Q inspired by the Florida city.
The Aston Martin Palm Beach dealership commissioned this one-of-a-kind DB12 Volante in collaboration with the English automaker’s Q customization team.
The exterior is finished in a custom shade of Frosted Glass Blue with white pinstriping on the front splitters, side sills, and rear bumper, and gloss black wheels. It looks elegant and unpretentious.
The interior features a nautical-themed two-tone finish in Aurora Blue and Ivory White leather with Spicy Red contrast stitching. The door panels, dashboard, and seats are covered in special Linear Light Olive Ash open-pore wood trim.
And to further highlight this DB12, a custom palm frond logo is scattered throughout the cabin, even embroidered on the seats, armrests, and door panels.
“This extraordinary DB12 Volante perfectly encapsulates the understated elegance of Palm Beach and Aston Martin,” said Pedro Mota, Regional President of Aston Martin of the Americas. “Through a collaboration with Q by Aston Martin and Aston Martin Palm Beach, we have created an exceptional sports car that fuses breathtaking performance, artistry, and luxury.”
Of course, you won’t find another DB12, or another Aston Martin, quite like it. With the DB12 Volante starting at $265,000 in the US (around €233,400 at current exchange rates), we can only imagine how much it took to create this beautiful one-off.
